I’ve tried using Tenorshare 4DDiG to recover files via a bootable drive and it just didn’t work. Product doesn’t work and YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK!!! I only gave them 1 star rating because I couldn’t give them a - 5 star rating. I would avoid Tenorshare as a company and there software as it’s was a waste of my time and money. I believe any of the reviews on their website they generated and must have planted there. They are a scam to get access to your computer and secure information. I asked for my money back but no response. Trying software on three different Windows 10 computers with no success then they quit communicating with me. After a month of communication and over 30 emails with no success only software log requests. All they wanted to do is remote support from China which I wouldn’t allow. Asked several questions over a month of communication and they never answered any of them. Software never worked, support was very poor. I bought their 4MeKey software to remove iCloud Activation Lock on Apple iPod 7th Generation. Would you mind providing us your email account and order ID and we will email back to you with solutions? I am afraid that you may have misunderstood the software function. What you actually need is to remove the activation lock, not the screen lock or Apple ID.
If your device stuck on" Locked to Owner" or "Activation lock" and you not only don't know the screen password but also don't know the Apple ID and password.
